Our headquarter is located in California, USA, with a development center located in Romania, Europe. We have customers across the globe and we currently work remotely. Your impact

As a User Experience Designer, you’ll have a big impact in designing new features that will reach the hands of our customers, starting from the user needs to the final release. That is why being innovative and hands-on is something that we value. Find out more about our values here.

You will work closely with our Founders on defining the product and building it, offer end to end user experiences, and often talking with our customers. You will find yourself doing user research and testing, helping us in building our culture, and designing for impact in order to deliver an amazing experience to our users.

We believe that grit, responsibility, creativity, and hard work are essential skills to join our mission at Nestor. You may find yourself wearing multiple hats and you will be a key person in shipping fast, scaling up, and offer an outstanding journey to our users.

At Nestor, you will

• collaborate with the product team on defining the product strategy and user behavior
• be in a dynamic remote-work environment, with flexible working hours
• be a leader for the culture we are building and promote our values
• incorporate user feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• exercise your curiosity and grow your technical and soft skills
• create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• translate user needs into style guides, design systems and attractive user interfaces
• design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, informational components
• create original graphic designs, identify and troubleshoot UX problems 
• lead by example, offer guidance and support to your teammates
