We’d like to see
- proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar client-facing role
- strong understanding of HR processes and software solutions
- excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- relevant experience in data analysis and software configuration
- previous experience with SQL, APIs, and data integration
- project management skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take responsibility for tasks
- self-starter, with a strong drive to develop professionally
- excellent command of written and oral English
Job responsibilities
- lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from initial consultation to full deployment
- collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and translate them into effective platform configurations
- conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the platform effectively
- provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase and beyond
- ensure our clients successfully adopt and integrate our platform into their operations
- configure the platform to meet customer requirements
- work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on client interactions
- work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and agreements
- develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes and client-specific configurations
- manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the implementation process
