We’d love to see
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing
- experience in B2B enterprise marketing
- proven track record of managing successful demand-generation campaigns
- strong project management skills and attention to detail
- proficiency in online marketing and automation tools
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to make strategic decisions, including narrowing from a range of opportunities to the highest impact short-term and long-term
- strong qualitative and quantitative research and testing
- knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- ability to manage priorities and milestones in a fast-paced work environment
- experience with data-driven marketing
- ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be comfortable with presenting in webinars or events
- experience with HR Technology is a plus
Job responsibilities
- plan and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, webinars, and events
- conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth
- develop and manage lead nurturing programs to advance prospects through the marketing funnel
- constantly refine buyer personas to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.
- proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance, discover actionable insights, and run optimizations
- use marketing automation tools to segment and target audiences effectively
- track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign success
- collaborate with the content team to create compelling assets (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies) that drive engagement and lead conversion
- work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, handoff processes, and feedback loops
- partner with the product team to understand target audiences and refine messaging
