This is a fully remote role.

We’d like to see

• Previous experience as a content writer, preferably in B2B SaaS or the HR space
• Solid knowledge of SEO techniques (keyword research, article optimization, writing meta titles and descriptions) to help content rank higher in search results
• Passion for research and storytelling
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Self-starter, with a strong drive to develop professionally
• Energetic, curious, and eager to learn new things each day
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Basic Proficiency in Generative AI and AI Prompting

Job Responsibilities

• Create well-researched, search-optimized blog articles, e-books, and long-form content to increase lead generation and establish thought leadership in the HR tech space
• Research, create, and edit HR-focused content on topics such as people strategies, skills, leadership, future of work
• Optimize content using SEO best practices
• Develop content for Nestor’s twice-a-month newsletter
• Draft short copy messages for social media channels
• Catch up weekly with the discussions and topics from the most relevant HR communities
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to write briefs that turn into compelling visuals for social media like infographics, gifs, short videos
• Stay on top of the industry trends — you’ll always be up-to-date with the top HR influencers, coolest podcasts, hottest topics, and latest reports and research from the HR space
