We’d like to see
- 3+ years of sales experience in the B2B SaaS
- familiarity with cold calling and cold outreach
- proven success in both outbound prospecting and closing new business
- proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms
- relevant experience in sales development and/or market research
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- meet deadlines and be open to frequent changes
- good understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle
- an entrepreneurial mindset, able to take responsibility for tasks
- self-starter, with a strong drive to develop professionally
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- excellent command of written and oral English
- previous experience in the Human Resources field is a plus
Job responsibilities
- perform market research to identify target accounts
- build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and strategic targeting
- conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ challenges and tailor solutions
- create and deliver compelling product demos and proposals that speak to customer needs
- collaborate within the sales team, as well as with marketing, and customer success to ensure a smooth buyer journey
- maintain accurate records of your activity and forecasts in the CRM
- share feedback with the team to help shape messaging, positioning, and product improvements
